Evergreen Ministries was founded in 1997 by Dr. Rick Cagle. After leaving the University of Mobile as Assistant President, Dr. Cagle founded this ministry to pursue his teaching and preaching ministry. Crosspoint Church had its beginnings under Evergreen Ministries. Shortly after beginning the ministry, Dr. Cagle started airing a radio show on a local station in a talk show format. Later the show was moved to its current location on WBHY 840 AM where the format was eventually changed to its current teaching method. Future plans of the ministry are to expand the media ministry and add other related ministries.
